My plastic pump is not working?

Modified on Mon, 4 Mar at 12:38 PM

If your plastic pump is not working please try the following.

  1.  Make sure the pump is screwed on tight - It might sound obvious but this fixes the issue most of the time. The pump has an air-tight seal. If not screwed on tight or correctly your liquid will not pump.
  2. Move the pump to the open position - Our pump comes with Open and stop positions which are clearly marked. Simply move the pump to the desired position
  3. Check the tube is connected correctly - The tube is designed to be removed from the pump to enable cleaning if necessary. If pushes directly into the pump. Check it is secure and not blocked
  4. Check the tube is not resting flat on the bottom - Our pumps are cut to fit your bottle. On rare occasions, the pump may rest flat on the bottom preventing liquid from being pumped. If this is the case you can trim the end of the plastic tube at an angle.

If you are still having issues with a pump please contact us letting us know you have already tried these steps.
