Kuishi Returns

If you've made a purchase through Amazon, we kindly ask that you initiate your return through Amazon's own return process.


Here at Kuishi, we have a straightforward 30-day return policy for unwanted items. To qualify for a return, products must be in the same pristine, unused condition as when you received them.


Please note that the cost of shipping for returning unwanted items is the responsibility of the customer. If you recieved free delivery with your order a £4.99 restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.


We have convenient local return addresses in both the EU and the UK for your convenience. For added peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.


Here's a step-by-step guide on how our return system operates:


1. Start the process by creating a support ticket on our portal or by sending us an email at hello@kuishi.com, including your order number.


2. Our team will promptly furnish you with the necessary return information.


3. After we receive the returned items, we will carefully inspect their condition.


4. Once the inspection is complete, we will initiate a refund, deducting any initial shipping charges incurred. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, you won't incur any additional charges, and a full refund will be issued.


5. Refunds are processed normally within 3 days of receipt of goods.
